Tucked behind the Blockbuster on 17th, La Cave is the closest thing to an actual Speak Easy we have seen. If you don't have a local point it out, you might not ever find it. If you are coming in from out of town- this is a place you will want to visit to break up the monotany of the beach bar scene. Low lit oval booths, a dim-lit bar, and an open air grill (without lights) serves some of the best steaks and drinks you will find in Orange County. This is a true coctail lounge. If you are eating dinner or if you are just having drinks, you will be hard pressed to find a better, more intimate, atmosphere. Come early for the food; stay late for the live entertainment and drinks.
